Part 135, not a gray-market hop

On-demand private charter in the United States is supposed to move under FAA Part 135. That is the rule set for commuter and on-demand operations: certificated carriers, trained crews, maintenance programs, and operational control sitting with the certificate holder — not with a website, a bot, or a broker’s sales desk.

GrokBot Jet Charter is the desk that sources and quotes. We are not the airline. We do not pretend to hold the certificate. Every operator we use holds an ARGUS, Wyvern, or IS-BAO safety rating, flies with two pilots, and carries at least $25 million in liability insurance. We will not quote a Part 91 “friend’s plane” as a commercial charter.

Tell the owner plainly: the flight is operated by a certificated Part 135 carrier; GrokBot Jet Charter arranged the quote. That is the legitimate structure. Anything else — invented prices, unnamed operators, “we fly the jet ourselves” — is the wrong place.
